Return & Refund Policy

At Dukhan Mart, customer satisfaction is our priority. Customers may request a return or replacement within 3 days of receiving the product if:

  • The product is damaged
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product has manufacturing defects


Conditions:

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Refunds:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 2-3 working days
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side
  • Certain items such as clearance/sale products may not be eligible for return.



Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before shipment confirmation. Once the product has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. Dukhan Mart reserves the right to cancel any suspicious or fraudulent order. For cancellation requests, customers should contact our support team immediately.

We deliver products across Bangladesh. Delivery Time: All over Bangladesh, 1-3 business days. Delivery charges may vary depending on location and product category. Customers will receive updates regarding order confirmation and shipment status. Unexpected delays due to weather, courier issues, or public holidays may occur.
